A CHIEF MINISTER’S INFORMATION SYSTEM - CMIS

The Chief Minister`s Information System, developed by Orbittnext Tech Private Limited on the patented Axpert™ platform, is an integrated web portal to effectively manage and monitor the overall progress of all major projects/notices/indications in the state of Rajasthan.

The portal provides single access to all application modules to all relevant users of the system. It documents key issues and concerns and helps senior government officials take necessary action at an early stage.

MAJOR MODULES OF THE CHIEF MINISTER’S INFORMATION SYSTEM

All letters received in CMO are recorded and tracked to closure. This module will enable the information to be captured in the system and initiate/record actions against each letter.

There are various forms covering all departments, where the district users will capture the summarized information on a monthly basis and send it to CMO for review.

Budget announcements and CM Announcements are entered into the system by the CM office and assigned to Nodal Departments. Departments update their actions taken and status.

The meetings and the agenda points of the meeting are captured. The meeting action points are assigned to the respective department. Departments update their actions taken and status.

Action Plan and the milestone details like milestone description, due date, actual completion date, and remarks against the action plan are captured. The target for each action points like target description, target unit, and target are created and achievements against targets are captured.

The meeting will be recorded as a part of the action plan. The system shall have a provision to send e-mail reminders to all concerned about the meeting. Similarly, there shall be a provision to send automatic email Birthday wishes to the respective employee or reminders to the reporting managers about their employee’s birth dates

The organizational structure of various Organizations of State Government Departments is captured. The System maintains the details of an organization like the name of the organization, its administrative department, level & type of organization, contact details, details pertaining to sanctioned, vacant & filled posts, available portfolios, etc.
